A converter and drag radials would make a huge difference. I bet the converter would help with the drive by wire issues. I would think mid 12's with a converter and drag radials

true...there was a guy on one of the newer charger forums with an AWD charger that put I think a 3000 stall converter in his 2011 charger, and he dropped 3-4 tenths in the quarter, and was running 13.30's after the mod...his only other performance mods were a cat back and intake, which don't add much (maybe 10-15 RWHP)....this was before the computer was cracked....not bad for a 4400 lb beast....

oh, and to who asked if the camaro and mustang are this heavy,

challengers are listed at 3834 for the V6, 4082 for the R/T, 4160 for the SRT8.

the ZL1 camaro V6 is 3780lbs, SS is 3860lbs, ZL1 is 4050 lbs

mustang V6 coupe curb weight is 3523/3501 (auto/man), GT coupe is 3675/3618 auto/man, GT500 is 3852lbs, conv is about 120lbs heavier in all cases...

what's an 06 AWD LOADED Magnum R/T?
