I run Isky valve springs on my race, flat tappet, solid lifter engine. I think they are good.
My Indy 440-1 heads have the Isky 9005 springs setup at 1.95" (150 lbs) and my cam is 0.693" lift with 1.6 rockers.

Runs 9.20's at 3250 lbs. So I am happy.
