The wire that goes from the TPS to the engine computer. Apparently the factory ran the TPS signal wire along side the alternator charge wire resulting in signal noise. The filter just splices into the line before the computer. Did that and replaced my battery connectors at the same time and my converter cycling problem has been gone ever since.
