Procharger would be my choice but 2000 hp at 450 ish cid would likely be of very limited use on the street. I seem to recall some procharged applications that pulled the belt for the drive so not really sure what is possible. My combination should be good for a little more than 2000 hp but has no cooling and would need to haul a fuel tanker behind it to go anywhere.
