IMO, I'd say the MAX WEDGE pan has more potential than the big-block A-body pan (in general the a-body crowd is "cheap" & the #187 c-body pan works). Also, the number of "stock" anal restoration of MAX WEDGE & clone early b-bodies has to outnumber the quantitiy of a-bodies treated to the same.

Even the stock early '62-'65 b-body pan is getting hard to find - easy solution "upgrade" to the MAX WEDGE apan.

Dan,
I agree with ya 100%
But it's all moot point as I am not the manufacturer and can offer my opinions only .

He is aware of the C body pan fits A body cars. The tool was made to be able to make changes without all new tooling to do a pan from scratch.

IMO I think the 402 pan has run it's course and I have my doubts it will be a great seller , But and again I say - only time will tell.
