Well I think I found the problem. I put a set of new chrome valve covers on last fall as well. I checked the air breather that came with the covers. Inside it looked like an electrical knock out that was not completely knocked out. It only had about a 1/4 inch sliver that was open. So I am going to open it up all the way and try that. I am sure I was getting to much crank case pressure. Like everything made now days, no quality control.
