So, in my newly aquired 92 Dak, I have no blower motor function. No high, no lower speeds.

I was told the most likely culprit is the blower resistor. BUT... in my web searching on this topic, it seems that I should still have the High fan speed (which is the only one I ever use anyway).

So, can the resistor be bad, and cause a no High fan speed situation, or is it going to me the more difficult to access motor?

I still have to check the fuse, might be the simplest fix, but haven't yet found the fuse panel. I'm going to assume it will be under the steering column much the same as my W series 93 truck.

The next question, is there any chance the Dak blower motor will interchange with one from a D or W series? I have a few of those on hand.

I spent 4.5 hours cleaning the interior of the truck and just didn't have the motivation to search for the glovebox. Those trucks look like they have a lot of room, but they are much smaller once you squeeze in there.
