I take a couple quarts of new motor oil and put into one of those sprayers that gardeners use to apply weed killer (clean it out first!) and open the nozzle up so it squirts rather than sprays, then pump it up and spray anywhere and everywhere you think that salt can get in. Afterward park the car in some gravel or on the grass for a day or so so any drippings won't stain your garage floor (or use old newspapers under the car where you sprayed.)
