I don't see much wrong except the battery, rad cap, alternator, and the plug wires, what NOS parts did you buy?
As far as parts go, keep in mind that NOS parts are not always the same as the production line parts. If you are replacing anything original be sure to save the old worn parts, they are worth their weight in gold for information on proper details.
