The installer did not use a tube nut on this one, so the head is recessed into hole slightly, so wrench won't work.
how did he get the manifold to seal if he didn't use the correct fastener? I'd try and find the correct piece before you jack up the motor. I'll see if I have one, if I do you can have it.
