Black seat belts were std with all interior colors, to get color coded seat belts you need the deluxe seat belt upgrade code C15
No burnt orange seat belts unless you got the deluxe belts C15. Burnt orange interior came with standard black belts. Standard belts came in black, blue, green & tan only.
