I would. You have flow out from the prop valve to the T where it splits right/left cause the left side is good so I'd work backward from the right side neoprene line where it's blocked to the T. From your descrip of the conditions I would highly suggest a new M/C & flushing everything & possibly new hoses/calipers etc
