John, I just re read the post, and if I read it correctly Mpetros said that the Moser axles have the A body flange offset AND center register.
Back in the day, I knew of a '69 Satellite 4 dr, 318/904 that had the 7 1/4.
The owners teenaged son abused that car to no end, did a large number of J burnouts, etc and never shelled the rear.
The car finally died in a snowy ditch, axle intact.
Only v8 powered B body I ever saw with that axle. Seen a few sixes tho.
It had regular 4 1/2" BC 14" wheels, far as I know with big car size register.
I don't know what brakes it used, tho.
