Randy I only have one regret about building my current engine,and that was going with a solid valley pan
I was told by more than one builder not to do it,but did I listen? NOOOOO I thought "why do I need a removable center" well once the sealer was set and both heads were on I quickly realized the finality of the assembly and having ANY access to the lifter valley or easy access to the oil pump drive
