I have been in contact with 2 performance shops that build race and street strip motors and both have said the same thing when i gave all my engine/drivetrain specs.....get rid of the 600 cfm eddy and put an 850 QUICK FUEL ,they both explained these carbs are superior in the tuning department and it's all they run on HP dodge motors.

MUSCLE MOTORS/MICHIGAN

PRO-STOCK EDMONTON

For my application (440hp) I was told the 600 eddy is robbing me of 50hp or more.

Coming from these guys I would have to say they know their carbs.

hope this helps

Not questioning the skill of the names you dropped but it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that a 600 cfm carb is too small for that application ... or maybe it does ??
