I bought a '73 RR with a 318 from the original owner back in 1978 & it had F&R sway bars. ALL Roadrunners from 1972, 3 & 4 should have both F&R sway bars - part of the RR package. Charger Rallyes too.

My '73 RR handled like a slot car - also probably the finest riding Mopar I've ever owned, right up there in comfort & handling with my old '79 300.
