Front sway bar was standard on all '73 SE V8s and 440 coupes and hardtops. Not positive on 400s. Part of Rallye package(A57) was a rear sway bar, so there would have been a front bar. You could order a Rallye 318 2bbl, so a 318 would come with a front bar. HD suspension packages S11, 13, 15, 16 and 31 included the front sway bar. All '74 Chargers came with a front sway bar.
