The 395 is the torque figure of the engine, not the cubic inch. Sure must have been confusing to everyone back in the day, and even today. Buick used to do that. Must have been frustrating being a parts guy and arguing with people over what size engine they had. I know with my 440 Wagon peoeple get confused when I say it has a 318 so instead I ask for parts for a Polara. As for those air cleaners, they're pretty cool. From what I can tell, only Plymouth used the decal. The Dodge version used mostly on police cars were blank.
