I used the XE295HL in my 464 C.I. six pak motor, 440 block, 4.35 bore with 3.91 stroke, Eddy RPM heads,Harland Sharp 1.5 roller rockers, Eddy stock aluminum replacement six pak intake , vacume six pak Holley carbs, 10.4 to 1 compression. It ran good in the car, no way that cam can be mistaken or misrepresented as a stock 440 magnum cam If the cam is in good shape use it in the new motor, strokers motors eat up duration
