I'm using a narrow band o2 for now with a milivolt readout. Its alittle lazy but seems to respond good. I did swap the metering block to a stock unit but still no change. I'm having trouble setting fuel pressure right now so when I get that figured out maybe it will solve my problem. I've got a boost controller but I haven't hooked it up yet...I actually blocked the wastegate shut so I could try to make some boost but it still is running wayyyyy to rich. If you stand beside the car running it will burn your eyes lol

Did you boost reference the Powervalve? Could be the powervalve stuck open and pouring fuel into the intake. I will be using front and rear powervalves on my setup. Rear powervalve will be boost referenced through the vacuum port on the side of the metering plate. When under boost condition it will force the rear powervalve to stay open.
Here are a few good carb info. sites to review,

This one will show you how to boost reference the rear powervalve,

Yeah, I know it says Blower application but will work for the blow through as well. Maybe these will help you with the carb issues!
