If all other cylinders have good wall thickness, and a mag check of the whole block looks good, (main bearing webbing) I might chance sleaving it and adding block fill and AL caps or girdle. But tally up the cost and compare to an after market block and see what comes up. Best route is KB aluminum in my opinion, but thats' me.
