Long story short, what I thought was a blown head gasket turned out to be a split cylinder wall. The motor is a 500" stroker with less than 100 runs, 14:1, Indy -1 cnc heads, with Jesel pushrod oiling. The more searches I do the more confused I get. I would like to just transfer The parts I have to the new block, this will never be a maximum effort 572, just trying to build a solid ,long living bracket motor. Are the Mopar Performance blocks good, are they available? Any input is appreciated, The motor will be assembled by a reputable shop, not sure who yet. There is'nt much in the way of Mopar oriented machine shops in the Tampa Fl. area, unless someone knows of one. Sorry this is so long, you guys are the best, thanks in advance.
