My opinion on the work you did is this: you just guaranteed the advertised flow, perhaps a little more, and then you put a cork in the system with stock type manifolds/exhaust. You may be losing 30 to 60 hp potential on the conservative side.

Absolutely nothing wrong with that if that is the direction you want to go.
