Hi!

I just finished bowl blending and port matching the intakes on my stealth heads and Eddy RPM intake.

I just blended the valve seat cuts into the bowls, left the guides bosses alone as I thought they were already very slim as cast, I port matched the intake ports to the intake gasket, and port matched the RPM intake a tad smaller than the intake gasket scribe lines to leave a bit of room for missaligment issues.

I also ground off any casting flash and irregularities from the intake and exhaust ports on the heads and intake.

Thats it.

How much do you think I have picked up from doing this, and do you suggest I go any further?

This is a stock stroke 440, 10,5:1 CR, and a hyd flat tappet cam with around ,530 lift.

Im gonna use stock HP 70-71 exhaust manifolds and a full 2,5" exhaust.
