With a 2.4 valve, it's recommended...highly! It helps ensure no valve floating problems. I run Ti in Originals when we are going past 7800rpm. I'll post more pics of the work that needs to be done to them, and I'll show rockers, lifters, and whatever else I can throw in there See, B1's aren't so bad now are they....
