When I do another Big block I will definately try the Vics; I bought my Chapman 285's after the success Steve Dulcich had in our Engine Masters competition and they're awesome heads but they're tough to find, It looks like the cnc and professional porters have found the program that will pretty near match them on flow. They weren't available when I built my last MW stroker though and although I think a CNC Indy-1 is still the ultimate for drag racing, the higher velocity ports of the Vics should be better for a dual purpose motor in terms of mid range and roll on torque.

If there's one thing I do prefer on the Chaps is the Ability to run the RB Wax Wedge intakes on a low deck, Apparently every once in a while Ma has a good idea by accident. I also like the B1 sytle billet pedestals which I think adds a lot of stability with stiff roller springs, I wish Edelbrock offered it as an option.
