Hey Leon.

I am curious why you dont want to go with the XR2?

I thought that block could handle the big cubes?

Maybe i misunderstood that?

What are the down sides to running a XR2?

The specs you mention are the nascar blocks correct?

R5 NASCAR 2.25" FORD mains
EEI R5 Newer series Aluminum and 2.5" 340 mains

The belt drive takes a specific R5 crank design.

I'm not looking to spread rumors about the XR2. Right now it just doesn't seem that one will be ready soon enough to full fill my desires. After long consideration and parts available for the R5 designs this is where my interest is. "EEI aluminum R5."
