When I bought my Ohio Crank stroker kit a few years ago, everything checked okay. Except the rod bearings. They were too wide, and Ohio overnighted the narrower ones. I have run this set-up for 6 years now.

It goes without saying that we should have everything checked. But I don't agree that we should expect to fix stuff. Things can get by the vendors, but I would hope that we shouldn't come to expect it. At least not of the better suppliers.
