How about 3d print some deeper housings? Just scan the original ones, then modify the file to fit what ever light you want?
or have your buddy print up some lenses ? [like he did for the "bunny's"]
really don't want to change the housings if i can get away with it, as i would have to paint them, and that might be tough matching the color on the front fenders.
i took the one reflector to the truck stop yesterday, and i may have found something that might work.
i won't have time to try it until maybe later in the week............
