I went today and it was much slower than years past. I enjoyed less crowds, but there were also less vendors. It was a quick wait for the thrill ride also compared to years past. I rode in a Redeye, man that car was fast and the ride was even faster. The Ford and Chevy guys will have more time in their cars and less thrill to complete the ride...

Dang - i so wanted to go this weekend, to get out, see cars, and support Carlisle. Tree trimmers and work tomorrow, spreading my father's ashes with family finally after months of waiting on Sunday. Take lots of pics everyone!

I agree , the weather was good, there was enough cars and parts to see, and the best thing was meeting up with friends I only get to see once in a while.. I'm glad I went !

I definitely would have walked around it I lived 45 min away too or if I still lived in York.

Also looked like everyone skirted disaster where that tropical depression off the east cost stopped INCHES from the Carlisle to the east and the cold front/thunderstorms to the west that laid down 3" of rain here in MI didnt pass through.

Glad it was a nice weekend. Sometimes hard to find in July. I wanted to go but it was best for me to stay home. Looking forward to 2021.

I decided to skip the hotel this year and commute from Glen Burnie on Friday and Saturday, so that was 400 miles on the Challenger in two days. I was glad my class was at the bottom of the hill this year!

I concentrated on taking photos this year and ended up with about 20 more than last year, which is pretty good considering I was there all three days last year. Still somehow managed to come home without a shot of the Landy Duster, even though I took three shots of the '63 Dodge lightweight that was only 15 feet away in the same tent! D'oh. My biggest delay was the 45 minutes or so I spent on my ballot Saturday morning.

The car corral was pretty thin, as others have mentioned, but the showfield--at least on Saturday--still seemed pretty healthy. Not as full as the last several years, but certainly a respectable turnout. Lots of cars I hadn't seen before. Sure, it wasn't another record-breaking weekend, but it was still a good-sized show, and worth the trip.

I believe the highlight for me was i just happened to
be in the tent with the 63 lightweight and Landy's duster when a guy got in the Duster and fired it up. It was great and even shook the ground outside the tent!!!!

I was there Friday and it was more attended than I expected. I thought it was managed very well by Carlisle.

Did anyone catch the date for next year?

I sold so much on Friday that I basically took Saturday off. Since I am just getting over Sciatica I rented one of the scooters and was able to see the entire show for the first time in a couple decades! Only bought two part, one of which was a set of tires near Gate 3 from one of the maintenance workers at the fairground for my truck! Great seeing everyone, though I missed talking with the Canadians and peeps from across the pond. I am thinking if everything opens up, the Mopar Nats will be a lot bigger than the last few years for sure!

Right now they are planning to keep the border closed until end of august at least. So frustrating.
