I have a 71 Cuda, currently set up with a Wildwood rear disc brake kit. It is impossible to use OEM 15" steel wheels of any kind, which is what i want to do.
The Doctor Diff kit is not going to be available for three (or more?) months.
Locally I can get a barely used Inline Tube /Pirate Jacks kit,

Anyone have any experience with this kit, good or bad? My experience with inline Tube is that I will not be able to get any decent information from them, and the web page is pretty limited.
Any help is appreciated, I want to get this car back on the road!

Well, in my experience, I'd bite it and wait for Cass to come through. Cass (Dr. Diff) is a stand up vendor. Rome wasn't built in a day or Master Po would say "patience, grasshopper"

What about the Mopar Action, Aug & Oct 2018, set up of using the 03-07 Liberty or 03-06 Wrangler? A bit more work than a kit but you could get it on the car fairly quickly and inexpensively.

The in-line tube kit is pretty simple. they want you to use the green bearings to have a known distance from the housing end to the axle flange. I think the Wilwood kit does the same "green bearing" setup too.
The E-Brake cable connection moves the cable back about 2".

I'm planning on a rear disc setup... heavily leaning towards the Dr Diff 10.7" rear setup for a few reasons: proven setup; can use 15" rims (I also want that option... to retain my 15" rims whenever I want, despite having larger diameter rims for occasional road course track days); the option to retain the favored factory-design tapered axle bearings -- superior and extremely critically important for lateral cornering loads, as well as allows for factory-designed axle end-play; has an optional e-brake cable. The only thing I wonder about is the availability of replacement parts for that Dr Diff setup... I'm uncertain, but I think the rotors are from a Camry, the calipers and pads are from a Ford small Mustang Cobra.

I'd only hope the the eventual swap will be a worth-while performance improvement... especially on the road courses... I've installed the larger 11.75" Cordoba brakes... still to be tested... soon... new engine waiting to be fired-up... then driven!

The 10.7" rear disc brake kit uses '94-'04 Mustang Cobra rear calipers and '89-92 Toyota Cressida rear rotors.

I also have a new 11.25" Explorer type rear disc brake kit, which works nicely with 11.75" front brakes. See below:

Mix and match various brake kits is really dangerous!
Its best to buy a whole package that is engineered for YOUR car by a brake engineer. Some of these kits look fantastic when you open the box... but do not function correctly and your life is now at stake. What is you childs life worth? When it comes to brakes, wait until you have enough money to buy the best! Thats what I did, 6 piston calipers all around.

... and no I do not sell brake systems to guys building cars. We have installed many problematic kits for customers so I see this stuff in action (or inaction) every day. Please be careful !

Dr Diff/Cass -- thanks for the info. I was unaware of your Ford Explorer 11.25" rear setup for our Mopars... something to re-consider, compare differences, etc.

Dr. Diff, I see on your page that the 11.25” rear kit doesn’t fit using 450 wheels. Does the 11.75” front kit have the same issue of not fitting 450 wheels?

No "drop center" 15" wheels clear Explorer rear disc brakes. They fit 11.75" Mopar front disc brakes,however.
