thats why i was gonna make both sections on the housing with braided stainless,last thing i want is a bunch of connections i dont have to have

You will need a short flex line with slider type calipers. My Wilwoods are fixed, that's how I could get by with all steel with no flex lines.

if you run flex from the caliper to the y block you will have a sponge pedal from the hose swelling a little. only use as much flex as has to for movement areas.
