chris3 mopar Joined: Dec 2007 Posts: 622 NC	Brian, I don't remember what diagragm I had originally used but with the alternator wire connected the car would not shut off when the kill switch was turned off. I got a four post switch, I think from Mancini. I will be racing tomorrow; however, when I get home I will post how to wire it. With the car running it will shut off everything on the car.

Directly killing all power to your ignition when the switch is turned off. Would seem easier to do than the alternator wire. I'm not an electrician either, so....I could be wrong.

The cut off switch won't kill the running car, the alternator will back feed power to the ignition though the "cold" side of the switch and the car will keep running.
