nice work,my motor with same heads that ryanj built for me,made 729hp 620tq w a 950 carb and pump gas,,,those heads make some some power

is that a flat tappet motor?

No it's a 269 roller @ 11:1 on pump 92.

I thought it was clear that a solid flat tappet was used. J.Rob

.....and one is pump gas, the other race fuel.

Our 400hp small block has gone 9.87. Never dynoed it, but I TOLD it that is was 400hp. 400 rarely breaks anything!

Based off our dyno, going by 9.80's 136/137 @ your weight, you're in the 670-680 range. That car does'nt ET well for the MPH.... Pretty typical good W5 motor. & I think it's broken it's fair share of parts already LOL.

The INDY heads certainly do make power, & they should for what you get wrapped up in a set cost wise. I tell prospective customers all the time, the ICH stuff is the highest $ 59 degree heads out there, but they are also the most powerfull... so...

Three Rivers........

Welcome to Moparts.

Maybe I'll see you at Osceola or Martin.

Hoss340 and I actually went to high school together and both graduated together in 98. The "car" is Jeff bloums duster which has ran at martin and oceola for years back in the day. Cory may correct me, but I think it said plum crazy on the side. Man it's been 10 years since I've seen that thing. No doubt about one thing....if Jeff lets Cory drive it, the rev limiter will be tested......a lot
