Until recently this had been my Dad's '79 Volare for about 10 years or so. He passed in Jan so my sibs said since he and I did the racing thing together, that they would like me to keep the car, sooo...

That is one car that will never leave the family I bet. Sorry about your dad.

Actually I'm a bit torn on that. It does have significance, but I sold my race car cuz I was ready to be done with it all, plus that we no longer have any tracks close by. On the other side, my son will be 16 next year and I thought it would be kinda cool to let a 3rd generation Clinton try to win in that car, dad and me did, maybe he could. We will see.

Hey, while we're on the F body thing, what headers are you BB guys using in your F's? Dad's could really use a better set than whats on it.

Well I just recently put the smack down on a semi well known ex drag race A12 car N/A at over 8000ft.....so much for a stock stroke 440 So I love my stroked six pack winged nova.

He was diggin the wing from about 8 cars back when I let off halfway through drive.

Street driven and flogged daily

It looks like you were at an all Mustang event.

Just looking at your photo. The only way I could get the front end of my car that high is with a floor jack.

2" TTI fit like they were made for it. Best fit, surprisingly easy install and removal.

Too many cars, too many parts, too little coin, too little space to work in, too little time left to make it all happen! Update: down to one ride, still too many parts, a little more jingle in the pocket, gaining space, and it's going to happen this year!
