I think it's 67-76 A body, but I can't be too sure, I know it's not for my convertible, that's for sure..

61 is the date June '71 ('61,'81,'91 etc.)

It's smaller than B body convertible vent window glass, that I know. I *think* I got this years ago as spares for a 4 door '69 Dart I once had, but can't be 100% sure...
