Starter Relay is on the Drivers side inner fender near the battery until 73 when they moved it to the firewall next to the Brake Booster.

Thanks. I also noted that there are no heater hose brackets, just the plastic hoop on the inner fender that holds the hose up. Am I right on this?

Not quite true, If it has Stratovent (H41 I think) it WILL have a heater valve.
