That's just the thing...I asked about doing this exact mod, and then I was going to add the Rack...I was told I had to buy the whole K member deal...I only wanted the tubes added like the pics above and that should make it easier to mount the rack IMO. I asked him again but didn't seem to get through???? It was kind of a quick retort that I got and I was really surprised. I really wanted Bob to do this for me because so many guys on here raved about his work... Brian
Pick up the phone and call him. There's a lot less chance of miscommunication on the phone vs email or PM.

This place is like the "grapevine" from the movie Johnny Dangerously I think Bob gets like $400 to mod a OE k member. That $3k+ is for a all moly tube k member, tube upper and lower arms, FR rack, balljoints, coil overs the whole program. Couple that with the quality of the workmanship and a proven track record and I think it's worth every penny.
$400 is not bad....I still don't get why a mustang or GM guy can buy a tube k-member for $300-400 though.

I'm sure if Bob could sell 10,000 units like UPR or the others do to the Mudstain and Crapmaro guys his would cost less. It's a LOT cheaper per unit to mass produce mild steel tube members then it is to make one off customs out of moly tube or to mod OE k members with moly plate and tube.
