The vin of XX29J9B414638 is car number 122 on the list, and its listed as being shipped to Savaria ET Fillis, in ST. Jerome QUE canada. shipped 8/24 of 69, built on 6/10 69.
On the hunt for my dad's old cars. They include 5 Daytona's, 2 superbirds, and 2 500's. Very interested in finding the Red on Red Daytona, and Q5 Charger 500, and have found both cars.

Good info 69 SE sunroof right from the daytona shippment paperwork solves that cars mystery.Did you notice that most all the daytonas in Canada are a starting vin of 414XXX.And most CA cars are of 410XXX.And my car is a 410XXX but sold from PA originally. And my cars twin one vin off sold in DE at large missing and not accounted for. After looking at that shipment list as long as I did to put 440-and 426 cars and states together .I wondered if the vin sequence of the cars followed in order by the near by states they where being dropped off it.As my car is a PA car and a DE car was one vin away.Or just a random occurance wingcar observation I notice. Then my friends daytona is one vin away from a known car.And these cars are built as twins one car from KY and other VA..I .Thinking that they built 2 cars alike on the line .But another random occurance it seems. As my car sold from PA and a car with a vin lower by one number from mine sold in Brentwood Ca and was a hemi daytona.

Hey Dave, and John, what do you think is a fair price for a 69 500, that was restored back in the mid 80's, but its not numbers matching, and no fender tag, but i know its a real 500. What do you think is a fair price for the car? I was thinking no more than $30,000 tops for the car.

.It would depend if the 500 your looking at to buy is a driver. Or a project restoration car like for example Todds SC ebay 69 500 to get a idea on how much work is needed and costs.Compared to a turn key driver. There was a gold 69 500 not matching # in my town that guy spent $$$$$ and had it all apart with all needed resto and nos parts. And bailed out on and sold longtime ago at $5000.00.Vin was incase this is the car 157499.Another 69 500 was one I gave a guy a leed to one that was in a junkyard 210749

Actually the one that I was refering to is car XX29L9B162275. Which is also the Q5 500 that my dad used to own. So all in all i'm really hoping to land a deal on it. He said he is having his insurance agency come out and give him an estimate on the value of the car this week for his insurance reasons, and said he would let me know after that. I am figuring no more than $30,000 US considering its not numbers matching, and no fender tag. but it would mean more to me than a numbers matching car, as it is one my dad used to have.

Which car are you talking about in the statement of origion? i have t ried to blow up the picture to read it but it gets all blurry when i do that. And the last unsold or unregistered Daytona? I take it that is refering to the 6,000 mile car that is still in the possesion of the origional dealership? And hey just curious but does anyone have a shipment list for the 500's like the do for the Daytona's?

Yes it was the Va dealership owned car that had .The manafactures statement of origin .As car was never titled.I can try another scan but it reads XS charger RT on the MSO .But the fender tag read XX.Its car number#325 XX29L9B356530 427BX926058 dealer #6658617.From Winterpark dodge Winter Park Fl.Its V2 Dana tach automatic bucket black stripe and interior.I have a 69 charger 500 shippment list for NJ cars only.Galen should have the entire list or try Dave Patik

I just might have to give old Dave Patik a shout on the telephone to discuss this Q5 car. I know its a real 500, and i know its the one my dad used to own. I just wanna know if there is any more information known about the car. I'm guessing it was a local car to here in Indianapolis new, as I've spoken to a few older car guys who remember the car driving around before my dad owned it.
