OF COURSE you can turn that elbow....take it out, clean it off. Use a little teflon paste NOT TAPE, then just tighten it to where you need it, if anything thats only 180* less than where it is now.
Thats only a 1/8 pipe fitting

Thanks Ray and Monster The heck with the tech line, I started to put a lil twist on it and no problem, the spray bares are threaded and epoxied? in.

Thats good I wanted to plumb the noids on the pass side

I went through some old pics as well I did have it plumbed on the pass side at one time...hmmm.

More reason to keep a notebook. Im a bit skiddish on the older plate kits, dont know how they were made.

Interesting piece. Wonder how it compares with crossrams and other wedge manifolds. Looks like you could have fun on the dyno with different carb and spacer combos.

Ive some dyno time setup this month for a 452 small block stroker and plan on testing this intake setup, probably toss it on my ride to get a real test.

Gonna try to get a loner single 4 top and carb to do aa back to back test on some things.

Should be fun, im waiting on a few small parts, then I can make it look pretty.

If anyone cares after alot of time on the intake, as mentioned in the first part of the post, the injector bosses have been machined for the fogger tips, the pop off valve is in place.

No names left on the intake, I paid for it im not going to push a product from a company combative in nature.

Also the blank bosses that would of been drilled for a magnum motor are gone as well.

I should get my 1 inch spacer plate today when the mail runs...I hope.

Now its time to go slow and get it together and still look good.

That fogger may not work well. That is a 90* nozzle and you have it plumbed standing nearly straight up, like an Annular nozzle. It will be spraying right at the roof of the intake runner looks like. You need to spray it off the engine and make sure the pattern looks decent

I did Monte, thats why I cut the injector bosses down to the same angle of the intake runner.

I will test again with the plate kit plumbed to make sure there is no junk in the system, I will vid it, the pattern seemed good and equal when I tested it.

Ray, I didnt know the prostock people used the VHT wrinkle heat paint, I used it because it the parts store didnt have my mopar purple, and it covers up the grinding I did on the nubs I removed that woould of been drilled for a magnum motor.
