ive got many pms about heads and im telling guys to goto bob since he is honoring my group buy prices year round,,, he hasnt posted in a few days,, i hope he is well.. maybe he bought a cnc for doing heads and is busy setting it up...
and in reply to sledgehammer,,,, nobody won anything.... the only loser out of any of this is or would be the moparts community,,, if bob cant follow through with his offer in selling parts/heads... im sure its that "pay it forward" attitude we keep hearing about that will make him fulfill this arrangement..

I can see and to a point respect the various opinions on the nature of the way this thread has gone ,
However anyone paying even slight attention to the quality of BG's character would know that BG would not even post a word he would not stand behind. even at a personal cost . ![](/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/Twocents.gif) your remarks seems pretty negative and intent on questioning it

Well this turned into a dumpster fire. I think somebody may have hit it with Bob doing this out of his pocket. There are several good shops in the Mopar world. I have such a hard time picking that I use different guys for different stuff. Nobody rakes a ton of my stuff, but all the good guys get to eat. ![](/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/Twocents.gif)

Jeff, first off I don't set your pricing and you don't set mine.My pricing is based on a discount set by BGR to Moparts members. If you think you that you kick me in the nuts cause I haven't been here for a few days your wrong. As usual you make yourself look like an azz.Don't think for a moment that you can poke me and walk away with out a bump or two.Anyone can get cocky when the other isn't at the site.I figured let the thread mello and get back to the main jest of getting Mopars members good deals on heads but if you want to keep it active and show your 'real character" or lack of character,I'll roll with you.The smart thing is to leave a sleeping dog lay or don't poke the bear and let's stay positive instead of acting like "school yard bullys"And if you want to bring your opinion to a public forum be prepare to hear and respect others opinions(good or bad)I'am,.Thanks for recommending BGR Competition always gets the consumers a better deal when they have chosies as to where to spend their money. Some suppliers can't stand competition. ![](/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbs.gif)

This is just not right at all. First you were not going to do anything b/c you were to busy. Then you state you will only sell CNC heads IF you are even going to do a group buy and you gave no price. Then BG stepped in and said he gives a discount to moparts member before you even stated the price for any head. Then you give a price and now turn down moparts members b/c of the post BG made. up until your last comment i didn't see anything wrong with you post or your reasoning but your last one sure makes me think otherwise.

Bob, are you independently wealthy? I get the impression - perhaps completely inaccurate - that your racing business (hobby?) doesn't need to be profitable and you support fellow racers by not having to operate under the same business model that someone like Jeff does.
I've gotten this impression too so I'd like to see a reply to this also.... ![](/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/beer.gif)

One more thing jeff, where does bob say he is honoring your group buy pricing??? Looked a few times and don't see anything???
It says it right here in the first post of this thread; ![](/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/beer.gif)

For Moparts members, there will be no restrictions on heads,Indy or Edelbrock sets, bare, assembled, ported, stock, CNC or how ever you want.Discount pricing will be everyday. You won't have to wait for Christmas or group buys. You can have it your way and have whomever you wish do your work. No gimmick, just our way of showing our appreciation to Moparts and Moparts members.Respectfully Bob
I've never used BG, but have used Jeff and service has always been great...... and it appears BG does enough volume too that he can offer comparative good pricing..... ![](/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/beer.gif)

guys this post is cut out of another post where guys were asking for a group buy on heads,, and porting,, like i had done in the past.. really it didnt pertain to bob but he chimed in with he doesnt need to do quantity,, he will give that deal year round,, before he even knew what the price was..
bob just wanted to put his typical spin on things,, and had to post to show he was there,, part of the bob george show.
this post top to bottom really had nothing to do with bob untill he came in and said he could do "group" pricing year round... without even being able to supply the parts that guys were asking for,, ported edelbrock heads..
so i called him on it,, if he was going to make a statement like that i want to see him honor it since he always says how he is a man of such high integrity.
