You can limit the total rise, or slow up the rise with some work.
A length of 1/8" or 5/32" wire cable attaches to something substantial (under the shock tower is OK) and the control arm, but not directly.
The wire is attached to a strong coil spring (heavy wire, steep pitch) with some slack in it vs. the total "up" distance.
When the car begins to rise, it functions normally.
When the slack runs out, the nose must extend the spring so the rate slows at the last minute. The "pull" tension determines how much it slows.
Adjust the length with the usual U-clamps. I've seen dirt-track links with opposing springs in a tube and sliding adjusters, but it's a lot of work.
Can also bias rise left to right, but be careful!
