I am going to be tackeling my passenger side front floor pan tomorrow. I am looking for some inspiration. Does anyone have any before and after pictures of their floor pan replacement jobs? Anyone want to see mine? The guy before me likes silcone...

All you A/B/E guys are lucky..Try doing a C body.. No quality repop pans available... Everything was made from scratch.I hand made the dimples, and my good buddy Ray welded in the pieces.I finished up behind him.
I don't see anyone using a repop pan above your post.... & I can find at least five rust free C body donors for every B body donor... I've done rust repair on lots of cars with no repo metal available.. You do what needs to be done..

up until a couple of years ago that wasn't true at all.. you did what you had to and there are still some panels on a bbody they don't repop DAMHIK so don't think its all sunshine and roses for them pan replacement/patching is easy stuff.. its when you have to start on the structure that makes most run away

This is what I started with. After some hard work and determination. This is what I ended with last night. I had to let the paint dry before I could weld anything. Dont freak out the gray is weldable primer.
