Now for some photo's of my dad's cars. The ones i'm really interested in locating that is. Here is a large photo of the B5 blue car as it appeared when he bought the car, and when he later sold it.

an interior shot of the car, note its a 4 speed console car. i always thought this car would be pretty easy to locate, but have been looking for it for 7 years now to no avail. of course it would help if i had a vin number but i don't.

next up is the Red on Red daytona. I do have the Vin for this car, it is XX29L9B409045. figured it would be easy to find due to the red interior, and the fact that its an automatic on column. plus a buddy seat car. this is an interior shot, i'm looking for a good exterior shot of the car.

The other car is F6 green, black interior,440 4 speed car. here is an exterior shot of how it looked when sold in 1986.

And here is an interior shot of the same car. note it was missing the shifter for the 4 speed, has a T handle on the top instead of the ball.

This is a picture of the Red on Red Daytona as it was being loaded up when my dad sold the car. R4 red.

Last but not least, is the R6 Daytona my dad sold. It was a 4 speed console car, white interior, white stripe.

Danny, absolutely incredible pictures! The one place where a lot of the wings were including the Daytona that you said was the roughest on the property is undoubtedly Jim Walton's Mopar Heaven in Florence, Kentucky. We were there in 1983 which was probably around when those pictures were taken and a good many of those cars and more are shown in my Great Mopar Collections video. I'm not sure about many of the cars there but I know where three of them are. Eli Martin in Cininnati, Ohio has the really rough Daytona, Rick Edwards in Kentucky who is the original owner of a limelight 440 Six Pack 4-Speed Bird discussed earlier in this thread has the yellow Charger 500 and Harold Sullivan bought the Petty Blue Bird with white interior 440 Six Pack and traded it to Kris Tadey of Sterling Heights, Michigan for the carcass of the original Silver Bullet 1967 GTX.

Keep the pics coming. They're awesome! I just hope Tom ain't too upset cuz them are some pretty big pics and we're probably using up a heap of webspace with this thread!

These pics are unbelievable !! It is surely amazing to find old pictures we have cooped up in our drawers and cabinets.. I love it..keep it up..

Well i think i managed in keeping all of the pictures under 200K. I wasn't sure what size was able to be uploaded, but i figured that 200K wasn't that big of a file. And yeah the pics are of Jim Walton's in Kentucky. He did buy the R6 Daytona off of my dad in 1986. Not sure if he still has the car or not, but that is the only Daytona that my dad remember who purchased it.

I have about 15 other pictures of that Superbird, with the rim blow steering wheel. But i wasn't sure who's car it was. Thanks for the heads up there Doug. What a small circle of cars it is in the wing car circle. Just wish it was smaller, so that i could track down a few of the still unknown cars my dad sold.

wingcars are very cool,ridden in one of each a red daytona and a blue superbird ,great experience!

You also have stood by a 6 pack superbird in Spanos warehouse if that counts John .You rode in a former Spano owned superbird the petty blue one and in Pats red daytona.You need to get a ride in the superbird convertible

I have saved every pic from this thread so far, they are all great! Keep them comming! Still want to see that petty car.
