Anyone from the Canfield, OH area remember the 'Bird on the left? The second owner was Cas Rock. He owned the Sky Jet (?) restuarant and has quite a collection of cars (mostly brand x). He had owned it from the early/mid 70s until my brother bought it in '85. What we do know is that the original owners beat the snot out of it, ending up crashing it very hard requiring it to basically have the front clip replaced. The odd thing that the replacement nose has is a Daytona hood sealing strip attached to the nosecone. Any early info would be great to get as the guy who did the crushed velvet inserts in the seats was nice enough to throw out that tattered piece of paper in the seat springs

Platinum, way cool pics from the Chrysler Proving Grounds in Chelsea. Was that the 1985 Mopar Nationals? Oh yeah, 69SE's right, the top part of the last pic was all that loaded.

OK, here we go with some more pictures from the archives of 69SESunroof. This first picture is of a '69 Charger R/T that was owned by 69SESunroof's (Danny) dad. This car was sold in 1986 to pay for the airline tickets to move their family to Thailand. It's a 440 automatic console shift car with stripe delete.

This next picture is from 1985. It's an orange Superbird owned by Mike Atkins of Tennessee. Mike still owns this Bird to this day.

Next up is a shot of a blue Daytona and alongside is Dick Drake's blue with white vinyl top that was discussed a little earlier in this thread.

This one is of a B5 Blue Superbird going down the track at Milan Dragway at what I believe is the 1985 Mopar Nationals.

I remember the next day at Chelsea very well when all the wings were lined up and you could sight down the fronts and see all kinds of noses and sight down the rears and see all kinds of wings. Man, them were the days!!!
