I've seen someone selling these - are they worth the money?

with creative cutting they make a great ice bin. nothing like pulling cold ones out of a Hemi.

Definitely worth the money. If you're only using it for a general mock-up of a chassisthey'll give you the rough lay-out for a wedge motor too!

I have one, bought off ebay a lot cheaper than from the supplier. Works great for mock ups.

OK thanks. I haven't found one any cheaper than $420. Even the ebay price is $450. Any leads?

I have lent out my Hemi before but it dam near took a pistol to have it returned. My son said that if I were to do it again ask for deposit euual to the cost of a one. Then agree on time limit. No charge for using it. The borrower pays shipping both ways.if return date is late deduct a resonable amout from deposit. if then don't return it use their money to buy a new one.
if you agree to the above my offer still stands

Thank you Fred, that is very generous. I think I want to own one, though, so I will just buy one. Thanks again.

Definitely worth the investment. I just dropped my hemi in to my a body this weekend after using a mock block to clearance headers, master cylinder etc. and everything worked as planned. I must have had the mock block in and out about a dozen times mocking everything up. It's a shame you're not closer, I'd sell you mine.
