My HOA pres lives accross the court from me too. When I built me additional garage the stipulation was that it had to be attached to the house. That little breeze-way your lookin at cost me an additional 5K!!! First time I go to the track I'm loadin up the trailer right in front of his house

Yea I asked them to move their cars today so we could paint the car and not get overspray on their's.
If I could have done anything else when we remodeled was add a garage out back.
