Sorry Dan, I don't know anything about its history, I just remember the pictures that you posted. I don't know how to get in touch with Murray, but he would be your best bet on starting to document the history of your car. BTW, the RR looks great... Reminds me of a friends car from the late 70s, but it wasn't a Hemi!!!

Good Luck with your search for the car's history, I need to do a lot of research myself on some of my cars! Time is going to run out as a lot of the previous owners are getting up in their years... like me!

I am in the process of scanning in a few more of my dad's photo's so that i can post them on here. well not me personally because i can't seem to be able to post pics on here, so i'll forward them to Wingcars or OneBadSuperbird. And see if they can post them for me.

I hope everyone had a wonderful and happy holiday, and that everyone got what they asked for. i asked yet again for a HEMI 69 Daytona, but looked under the tree, and in the garage but didn't find it. Maybe he delivered it to the wrong house yet again this year. JK
Wound up getting another digital camera for christmas, one that doesn't require a whole bag of attachments (the nikon D100 that i have) to take pics, so its a quick and easy camera that even my wife can use.
Anyways i'm off of work today, but have to watch the 2 month old boy, so i am going to try to scan in some more pics and forward them to Wingcars6970

Speaking of inserting pics right in the text, how do you do that? Is there like an amount of post that you have to have to be able to do that?
OneBad, i talked to my dad, and he is going to convert his old video's of the mopart nats, and other show from the early 80's to DVD and he'll be sending me some copies here soon. If you'd like to see some of them i'm sure I can get him to whip you up a batch also. Problem is the video's are in thailand and a few have mold on them from the tropical climate. We are seeing if anyone knows of a way to fix these and not loose the footage.

Yikes on the mold. I'm not sure if them can be saved or not. Ya'd have to consult with someone that would know about that. But yeah, I'd definitely love to see what all's he shot.

As for posting pics right on the thread, it's easy. Even easier if you're an AOL user. What server are you on?

i'm an aol user for now, getting ready to switch to Comcast cable modem. Oh yeah, since your online now, i can email you a few pics of my dad's cars if you'd like, but i don't know your email addy.

Danny, cool deal on switching to Comcast. I have Comcast and AOL. If you tell AOL you are using Comcast to connect to the internet, they will drop your monthly fee to like $14. The reason I keep AOL is for the convenience of their email and the 14 meg of webspace that they give you for hosting the pics. Hosting the pics is the first step in getting the pics to appear in the thread. I'll guide ya through this step-by-step. It may seem kind of confusing at first but once ya get the hang on it, it's a piece of cake. My email address, by the way, is onebadsuperbird@aol.com so send em on over!

oh okay now i get it. If all i need to do is have the pictures hosted on a website that isn't a problem at all. I know how to do that, i was just looking for a way of attaching the files without using a host. Or embedding them in this post section without a host.

You can attach pics right from your hard drive but if you want them embedded in the post, they need to be hosted.

John, where do I go to get that free space? I'm on AOL too . There's a little trick on this site. If you attach a file to your post,simply post and then bring up that attachment,copy the url,go back and edit you post and put that address in.

On AOL, you get 2 meg of space for each of the seven names AOL allows you. Just go to Keyword and type in "my ftp space" and it'll guide ya through the rest!

man talk about putting a car in a bunch of pics that are out of its league. Thats my current 69 SE sunroof car in the middle of all those wing cars. Looks good in that group but doesn't quite fit.
