i have a KP 440 RB and made 1150HP on the dyno.just bored to 4.350 with 3.75 stroke.factory iron heads[346]2x1250 carbs and 15 lbs of boost on 112 fuel.track time yet to come.
With those kind of numbers you should come up to Milan on one of the heads up Friday night events and show the Outlaw Class what ya got! All that HP out of some 346's, that's awsome! Just think what could be if you turned the wick up on the boost!!!
my rod may not want to put out more[eagle H with 2K bolts]or the crank for that matter.440source whatever i get at the current tune i will be happy with.[inflated dyno# or not it is what it is.]

Wow is all I can say
I'd like to beleive the limits of that block won't be tested by this specific example. But if the tune is off, detonation will break anything. IMO this is a much nicer block than the World. But, then it costs more too. Is this block ready-to-use e.g.-just wash and assemble? (Like the Keith Black's)

Thanks HardcoreB! Our blocks will need to be finished honed and decked per engine builder requirements. Your right it does cost more...but with reason. Keep in mind ALL of our blocks have the priority oiling system, use ARP bolts all five cross bolted mains and billet steel caps. All aftermarket blocks out there today are very nice IMO and I am sure that the customer will be happy with wich ever direction they choose to go in.

How much are the blocks? I would want an RB. Also, any idea what they weigh?
You would have to contact one of our distributors to check price and availability. I believe they weigh around 288 w/o the caps. Heavy yes....but in all the right places
There is a list of distributors on www.kolenoperformance.com

How about a low deck hemi?
That would solve some issues for the A Body guys that want a Hemi
There may be some benefits there
That could certainly be possible as well as the spread bore stuff. But most of that exotic stuff will have to come after the more common versions are well into production. And as you know, it takes awhile lol

We do all of the machining for these blocks were I work. These blocks are remarkable for us Mopar guys to be able to finally buld some real horsepower. Big Bear, I have spoken with Tim K. on a few occasions to try get one of these RB or Hemi blocks for my twin turbo Challenger project that I am building for the Milan Heads Up Races.
1963 Belvedere 440 Max Wedge Tribute 1970 Charger R/T S.E. 440 Six Pack 1970 Challenger R/T, 528 Hemi 1970 Charger 500 S.E. 440 4 BBL 1970 Plymouth Road Runner 383 1974 Chrysler New Yorker 440 1996 2500 RAM 488 V-10 4X4 2004 3500 Dually Cummins 4x4 2012 Challenger R/T Classic.

Well I think I figured out where you work lol....... but are you in the same department as Tim?That would be sooo cool to see one of our blocks in your car! Next time when we are up there in (Motor City that is) we will have to have Tim set something up. We are truely blessed to have him on our stuff, I can't tell you how may times we have caught him at home or on vacation ect and he is ALWAYS willing to help us out. There are some really great people up there and it definatly makes that ENORMOUS bill just a little tiny bit easier to pay
