So what's the difference.... and why are the Strato vent parts so expensive.. I have one on my Superbee... Any info about these....

Stratovent is just a vacuum operated vent that pipes in outside air and shuts off flow to the heater core. I didn't think stratovent parts were particularly expensive. If you want any stratovent parts, send me a PM. I have a complete stratovent heater box, duct, heater controls, etc setup I was just going to toss because I figure it's worthless.
